We have been awarded the kununu Top Company 2022 seal, placing us among the top 5% of the most popular companies on kununu.

What makes this award special is the fact that it is awarded on the basis of employee reviews and ratings on the company profile. The data-based and independent awarding of the seal ensures an authentic assessment of the company.

Our company embraces openness and transparency, has a flat hierarchy and is organized in Domains for which self-organized Teams are accountable for. This concept comes from Sociocracy 3.0 (S3) which isn’t an organization form nor a model, it’s a collection of principles and patterns we adapt to our needs where useful.

kununu is Europe’s leading platform for employer reviews. The criteria for awarding the “Top Company” seal have been redefined and the criteria tightened in 2021 so that companies have to meet even higher and additional requirements than with the old seals. According to a survey by the consulting firm Employer Telling, kununu’s “Top Company” seal is the best-known employer seal among job seekers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Since 2015, kununu has been awarding a seal of approval to companies that are rated particularly well by employees.
