How it works
Standardized Setup
We provision and manage Linux virtual machines using base images (Ubuntu Server LTS) and automation (Puppet and Ansible). The environment includes firewalling, access control, monitoring agents, and integration into VSHN support systems.
Managed Software Stack
Whether we build a new managed service for you or reuse a proven profile in use by other customers – we install, configure, and continuously operate standard software components like databases, caches, message queues, search engines, or file services.
Ongoing Maintenance
Weekly updates, patching of OS and software components, certificate renewals, and scheduled restarts are handled proactively. We respond to security events as needed.
Monitoring and Backups
Our monitoring collects system and service metrics, with alert handling based on defined SLAs. Daily off-site encrypted backups ensure data safety.
Changes, Support and Incident Handling
We coordinate changes such as config adjustments or software upgrades and lead resolution in case of issues – based on clear shared responsibilities. We are ready to support you.
